PART 1 - CHOOSING THE WHERE, WHEN AND HOW

Step 4) Decide how many will be included in your travel adventure
Step 5) Research and identify options and identify any assistance you will need

PART 2 - FIGURING OUT THE LOGISTICS
Step 6) Research travel costs and options

PART 3 - SETTING UP YOUR TRIP
Step 10) Make reservations for transportation and accommodations
Step 11) Get any needed documents in order (passports, medical/insurance info, required waivers, etc.)
Step 12) Review any relevant cancellation policies, travel restrictions, regulations, etc.
Step 13) Consider whether you might benefit from travel insurance

PART 4 - GETTING READY TO GO
Step 14) Gather all the things you will need to take along for the trip
Step 15) Check local weather forecasts for travel and at your destination(s)
Step 16) Pack light. Supplies and luggage can be very cumbersome. Only pack the necessities.
Step 17) Notify others that you will be traveling and leave a copy of your itinerary & important travel documents)

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking your reservation.
• Your reservation is only guaranteed after payment in full has been received.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Maple Leaf Outfitters requires at least 72 hours notification for cancellation of any trip.
• Maple Leaf Outfitters will try to accommodate any changes to reservations made prior to 72 hours based on availability.
• Trips go rain or shine*.

* Maple Leaf Outfitters wants our customers to have an enjoyable and safe outdoor experience. Although trips do proceed rain or shine, we will not charge for cancellations or changes that are necessary due to extreme or serious weather conditions.
